Election season is here, and it’s time for Cocoa Beach residents to start paying attention. The 2026 City of Cocoa Beach Election will take place on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, and this year’s ballot includes two important City Commission seats that will help shape the future of our community.

What’s On the Ballot

This year, Cocoa Beach voters will decide two City Commission races:

• Seat 4 – Commissioner
• Seat 5 – Commissioner

Per the City Charter, Commission elections are staggered — Seats 1, 2, and 3 are elected together in one cycle, while Seats 4 and 5 are elected together in the next. That means 2026 is the designated election year for these two seats specifically.
